NORD: Carl NORD married Phoebe ENGLUND, had eleven children, second child Elmer was my grandfather. I have certificate from School District No. 46 of Lyon county dated Feb. 25, 1908 for perfect attendance for Elmer. Also Confirmation Certificate for Elmer, Swedish Ev. Lutheran Church dated June 14,1914. Would appreciate any more info on any members of this family.

BAILEY, GAPPA: I'm seeking information on Fred BAILEY and his wife Agatha GAPPA b. 2 Nov. 1898, possibly in Palo Alto Co., Iowa, died 1953 in Lyon Co., Minnesota. Information provided states that Fred and Agatha are buried in a cemetery in or near Marshall, MN. Would like to connect and share information.

REYKDAL: Jon Gislason, born in Iceland 08-21-1852, immigated around 1882 with wife, Thora Halldorssdottir and daughter Svana, born at Langholt in Borgarfjordur,Iceland on 09-22-1880. They had a son,Helgi, born in Minneota by 1885 and Thora died shortly after. Jon Reykdal remarried and had two more sons, Siggi and John. The family moved to Seattle early 1990's. Reykdal is a place name in Iceland.

WYLEY - WYLIE - WILEY: I have found that all three spellings for my family surname have been used by my family in the past. The original name (I think) and the one I was given is WYLEY. My ggrandfather Samuel WYLEY had a brother John WYLIE who was living in Tracy, Lyon County, Minnesota, and the time of their mother's death in Howard County, Iowa, in 1895. Oklahoma City, OK George b. Nov 12, 1847 Alexander b. Feb 23, 1849 Elizabeth b. June 2, 1852 John A. b. Aug 25, 1854 Albert Franklin b. OBRIEN: I was told that in the early 1900's my great uncle owned a theater in Tracy. It was named the O'Brien theater. Has anyone heard of this? Does anyone know anything about the O'Brien family from Tracy?

EMERSON: My relative, Esther EMERSON, in 1914 married Johnnie (J.A.) RADSCHWEIT. They supposedly settled on a farm near Lynd. I believe they stayed here until sometime in the 1920's. Does anyone have any information on these people?

KLAPKA, KLUENDER: Mathilda KLUENDER married Herman KLOPKE/KLAPKA 9 May 1875 in Kewaunee Co WI. Children: Johann, Hiram (1876-1924), Anna (c1878-<1940), Ella (1885-<1987) md Charles W. Scott, George W. (1888-1987) md Hilda Schnitzer. Mathilda died in 1940 in Becker Co MN but buried in Marshall in Lyon Co MN. Herman died April 1918 in Lyon Co MN. Looking for anyone researching this family. (I have a new email address).
