MUNRO: William MUNRO born about 1821 in Nova Scotia and married Catherine McFarlane about 1847 in Canada. Was in Bruce County, Canada in 1861 & 1871 census. By 1875 had moved to Marshall, Lyon County (found in census records 1875-1895). Entire family disappears after 1895 census except daughter Mary. Children: Mary (Campbell) - born 1854 Canada and died in Modesto, California 1929, Donald born about 1848, Christy born about 1850, Colin born about 1856, Annie born about 1858, John born about 1859, William born about 1860, George born about 1863, Alexander born about 1866. Looking for any information on this family.

BRUCE HALL CRUDDEN HEEBNER John Smith BRUCE mar; Mary Ann CRUDDEN in IN. son Milett Arthur BRUCE b., 1887 IN - moved to Rockwell City, IA where son Milett "Arthur" Bruce mar. Clara Agnes HEEBNER 1910. All moved to Marshall MN where Milett was arrested for violating a restraning order 1923-5. He then ran off with a girl to Nebraska and robbed a bank, where he went to prison. Carole Bonnell

KLEIN, LOEB: Mary Magdelene LOEB was born in 1885 possibly in Illinois. She married Franklin KLEIN (b. 1856 IN). They resided in Tracy, Lyon Co., Minnesota until their deaths, Mary in 1952 and Franklin in 1935. Mary's parents may have been Mathew and Grettle Loeb; Franklin's father may have been Nels.

O'LEARY / LEARY CURTIN COUGHLIN TIEDJE LORIMER LUEDMAN: Dennis LEARY/O'LEARY was born in County Cork Ireland 26 Apr 1850 to Patrick O'LEARY and Johanna COUGHLIN. He was married to Elizabeth Jane Smyth in 1875. Their children all were born in Lyon County. Bernard-1875 , James- 1881, Agnes- 1877 + Richard CURTIN, Ellen- 1879 + COUGHLIN, Zelphia- 1886 + Chris TIEDJE & LORIMER, Dorothy (Birdie)- 1894 + LUEDMAN. His siblings were Andrew- 1848, Michael- 1852, Mary- 1857, John and Daniel. If anyone has any information on this family, please contact me. Willing to share what I have.

HARDING: Curtis LeRoy Harding was born in Tracy, Lyon County, Minnesota in 1879. Any info appreciated. Anything on parents or other siblings? He married Effie May Wilson in Minneapolis on Dec 18, 1906 and died at the age of 29, on Dec 3, 1908, supposedly of typhoid, in Prior Lake, Minnesota just a few weeks after his only child Alba Wilson Harding was born (b. 9/24/1908 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota). His wife Effie May Harding died March 23, 1910 of tuberculosis leaving Alba an orphan at the age of 15 months.

KILEY - CONWAY - KIELEY - RAIL - JORDAN: I am searching for information on and descendants of Roger KILEY and his wife Mary CONWAY. They married at St. Patrick's Church in Parkersburg, Iowa on 26 Nov 1900. Mary was from near Parkersburg in Butler County, Iowa and Roger was from Ackley, Grant Township, Fanklin Co., Iowa. They moved to Garvin, Minnesota shortly after their marriage. I know of at least 4 children born to this couple. James R. b. 1901, d. 24 Aug 1937. Earl M. b. 8 Jan 1904, d. Apr 1974. Unnamed male b. 21 Feb 1907, d. 1 Mar 1907. And Roger Jr., no dates known. James R. married Ellen Caron and had at least 2 children, James G. and Patricia Ann. After 1905, Roger's brother Nick KILEY moved into Custer Twsp., near Tracy. Roger and Mary, and James are buried at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Marshall. Nick, and Earl are both buried at St. Mary's Cemetery in Tracy. Roger and Nick KILEY were the children of Philip KIELEY and Margaret RAIL. Mary was the child of Michael CONWAY and Mary JORDAN. Any information on the KILEY's would be greatly appreciated.

Hi--am looking for info as to where a Johan Peter PERSON is buried, what cemetery, etc. He was living on a farm near Minneota when he died in Apr 9-1902 and is buried somewhere in the area. Am a descendant living in KS.

HOVLAND: I am seeking information on Simon Hovland (1838-1909), his wife, Berit Johnsdtr. (1846-1935), both buried at Hope Lutheran cemetary, Mineota. Where is this family in the 1880 census? 8th child, Louis, born Oct 20, 1877 in Goodhue County; 9th child, Simon, Jr., born June 19, 1881 in Lyon County. Simon was born in Faaberg Parish, Oppland, and Berit in Gausdal Parish, Oppland, Norway. Simon joined the WI 15th Regiment in January 1862. First child, Caroline born April 14, 1865.
